The Auction Process

Tell Us About Your Home
Fill out some details about your home and we will arrange a 15 minute phone consultation with you.

Pick your Dates
Every Wednesday we send out our list of homes of pre-auction homes that will go to live auction the following Tuesday. All auctions begin on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. EST and end the following Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. EST.
When your auction begins and when you close on your home is up to you!
We ask that you provide a minimum of three showing periods for potential bidders to view the home. Two during the pre-auction process and one while the auction is live.

Set Your Price
You control what your reserve price (minimum you will sell for) will be as well as have the option to set a Buy It Now price where the bidder can end the auction early by paying your set number.
STEP
4
Close On Your Home
After a winning bidder has been chosen we will connect you with the buyer to arrange escrow.
